Personal

 Dr. Adam Thomas joined the practice in 2009. He received his medical degree in podiatry from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in 2006, after which he then completed a 3 year residency in Podiatry Medicine and Surgery at The Ohio State Medical Center in 2009. He is trained to treat a wide assortment of various foot and ankle conditions and is always updating his education through conferences and lectures. He is licensed by the State Medical Board of Ohio to practice podiatry. His primary location is in Springfield. He is credentialed and has privileges at a variety of hospitals and surgery centers in the Springfield and Dayton areas and is currently pursuing his board certification in foot surgery.

       His special interests include diabetic foot health and prevention of complications such as amputations. He is welcoming to all patients and will take the time to explain your condition and treatment options to you so that you are satisfied and fully understand them. Dr. Thomas encourages his patients to have an active role in their health care and management. Also, if there is a condition in which he feels he may not be able to best serve you, Dr. Thomas will be sure to refer you to another specialist who can. His enjoyments outside of medicine include playing music, exercise/fitness, golf and outdoors.
