Billing
The purpose of our billing department is to assist patients with all account concerns. Whether it is insurance difficulties, payment schedules, or current balances, call or email our billing department and we will answer any and all of your questions.
Call Center
Our call center is the heart of our practice. As the first voice you hear upon contacting our practice, our call center's first priority is to assist you in timely and effective manner. This department is responsible for handling all client care aspects, including: scheduling/rescheduling appointments, managing all doctor and client messages, and helping to ensure that your visit is as smooth as possible.
Business
Our business department handles most of the paperwork regarding our medical procedures and processes. Whether it is the scheduling of a surgery, the process behind a pre-certification (pre-cert), or medical record maintenance, we assure that our business department is one of the most efficient and professional departments in the podiatric field.
